Strengthening Police and Community Partnerships
SPCP is an all-day program where law enforcement officials and members as well as leaders of the community engage in a discussion about ameliorating police-community relationships. The program is also in place to respond to current incidents. Not only does the program address these incidents but through discussions, they acknowledge the institutional and historical challenges that have prevented successful police-community relationships.
