Collaboration for Change
We’ve teamed up with some amazing organizations and universities to highlight promising and exciting opportunities in policing to students and other aspiring change-makers. Our friends and partners include the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA), the National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives (NAWLEE), the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Law Enforcement Executives and Administrators Association (HBCU-LEEA), the Hispanic Association Police Command Officers Association (HAPCOA), Clark Atlanta University, Howard University, and Southern University.
Our Approach
Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and collaboration with law enforcement and community partners to support the identification and recruitment of a diverse police workforce. We empower agencies with practical recommendations, enabling them to attract, retain and nurture a diverse talent pool. Additionally, we offer valuable resources for individuals considering a career in policing, guiding them toward fulfilling career paths and encouraging community safety and well-being.
