Building A Diverse Workforce in Law Enforcement
Considering the racial incidents that occurred in 2020 and the incidents that have followed since, changes need to be made in terms of hiring a diverse group of law enforcement individuals to address the needs of different communities. This article highlights four recommendations law enforcement recruiters can utilize in their process of hiring qualified and diverse individuals.
